Tomowa Construction is a comprehensive engineering service provider with rich experience in industrial factory construction, commercial fit-out, residential development and import trading. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Dongguan, China, the company later expanded to the Philippines, where it established trading and construction subsidiaries, dedicated to providing one-stop, customized global supply chain and engineering solutions.
The company adheres to the QCD principle (Quality, Cost, Delivery), providing safe, reliable and efficient engineering construction services. In industrial factory construction, Tomowa has completed multiple PEZA-registered industrial factory fit-out and expansion projects, including Phase 2 and P2 expansion of Furukawa Electric Autoparts Philippines Incorporated, and the warehouse mezzanine project of Bandai Namco Philippines Inc.
Business Scope
Fit-out
In commercial fit-out, Tomowa has undertaken fit-out projects for the Japanese home brand NITORI at multiple stores in the Philippines, including Glorietta 4, Festival Mall, Lucky Chinatown Mall and Eastwood Mall, demonstrating professional capability in large-scale commercial space fit-out.
Residential Development
For residential development, Tomowa partners with leading real-estate developers and has built projects including the IDESIA economy housing project, SENTRINA townhouses, as well as multiple two- and three-story detached villas, covering housing construction, fence works and kitchen extensions, committed to building high-quality living spaces.
Other Engineering
In addition, Tomowa has been broadly involved in other types of engineering projects, such as the seven-story staff dormitory of C AND U PHIL. INC, roof and wall enclosure panel installation for the Aice ice-cream factory, multiple warehouse construction projects, refinery and boiler engineering, and the construction of LIMKETKAI MALL, with a diverse and rich project portfolio.
Trading and Import Business
The company also actively conducts trading and import business. In partnership with EEI Power Inc., Tomowa imports solar panels from VSUN Solar in Vietnam, supporting the development of renewable energy in the Philippines. Tomowa holds PCAB Class C contractor qualifications and a registration certificate from the General Administration of Customs, fully qualified to conduct engineering and international trade legally.
